NYC was devastated after the end of Gossip Girl and the streets of the Upper East Side was never been so quiet , that until Suri Cruise and her blondie friend captured the eyes of the paparazzi. Really guys.... I'm watching the miniature version of Blair and Serena (LOL just kidding).
Suri seems to have made a new BFF. The little fashionista was seen holding her new blonde BFF's hand while being picked up by mother Katie Holmes from her friends apartment building on March 10th, 2013.
